STEFAN DUNLOP

Queensland meat lover Stefan Dunlop uses his wide brush and graphic sensibility to explore beauty in a carcass, roasted as well as raw. Light-dappled T-bones, three cooked chooks and a chunk of sirloin with a squeezy sauce bottle are arranged with the formality of regulation pears-in-bowl still life compositions. It's an ironic reworking of an old routine.
