Anh Do | Kogarah Art Prize


Anh Do has been awarded the Kogarah Art Prize and Packing Room Prize for his work 'Wombat Man', pictured below. Established in 2012, The City of Kogarah Art Prize is an annual acquisitive prize for painting with prizes valued at $12,000. Judge Anne Loxley, C3West Curator at the Museum of Contemporary Art, deemed Do's work, "... a commanding portrait, and the bravura of his painting style is very impressive." Finalists in the Kogarah Art Prize will be exhibited at Kogarah Library and Cultural Centre from Tuesday 17 June until Sunday 13 July 2014.
