Four artists from the Olsen Irwin stable have been selected as finalists in the Paddington Art Prize this year. The works of Paul Ryan, Robert Malherbe, Sophie Cape and Anh Do will be on show between the 11th and 21st of October. Established in 2004, The Paddington Art Prize is a painting prize that encourages the landscape as a truly contemporary genre. Given the great tradition of landscape painting in Australia, the prize can be seen as an especially significant one for Australian artists.
