A portrait of artist Ben Quilty by Zoe Young was voted the winning painting at the Bowral Art Gallery Celebrity Portrait Reveal held at The Stables at Bendooley Estate in Berrim. Ben was also painted by Clara Adolphs, Sally Ryan and Evan Shipard. The event was attended by 195 people, who voted for their favourite portrait. An auction of donated works works by Zoe Young, Kim Shannon, Judy Weeks, Tony Ameneiro and Vivienne Krassoi, as well as ticket sales and a raffle, raised around $20,000 for gallery projects.
